Muscle Relaxation
This technique creates an awaresness of tension and relaxtion within
the muscles, helping you release energy and feel at peace.
- Find a comfortable position in a quiet place, preferably lying down.
- Loosen tight clothes and close your eyes.
- Remain passive, a blank canvas tuning out all your thoughts.
- Tense your body for 5 seconds, starting with the forehead.
- Release and relax for 5 seconds.
