Muscle Relaxation

This technique creates an awaresness of tension and relaxtion within the muscles, helping you release energy and feel at peace.


  1. Find a comfortable position in a quiet place, preferably lying down.
  2. Loosen tight clothes and close your eyes.
  3. Remain passive, a blank canvas tuning out all your thoughts.
  4. Tense your body for 5 seconds, starting with the forehead.
  5. Release and relax for 5 seconds.
  6. Move on to next body part. (see chart)
