Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation is a great way to organize you throughts and maintain peace with your body.


Meditate frequently for 10-20mins. The more you practice the easier it will come.

  1. Mind and Body are connected, and your energy will flow with a straight body. Posture effects your mind. Sit straight in a chair, feet on ground or legs crossed on a cushion, hands palm-up. You want stability and strength
  2. Gaze downward, focusing a couple inches in front of your nose. Reduce sensory input.
  3. Breath in and out naturally. If your thoughts wander, dimiss them and bring your mind back to your breath. This is your center of meditation. You recognize your thoughts but are learning to be calm and relaxed.
